Sask Housing

Sask Housing provides low-income housing for the community. They have both apartment complexes, predominately for senior citizens, as well as low-income family housing duplex units.

Senior Housing: Southview Apartments

Located 409, Centre St, Kyle. Southview Apartments is primarily rented by senior citizens. There are twenty-four 1 bedroom units, and ten 2 bedroom units. Southview also provides two central lounges, laundry facilities, and parking. Meals on Wheels are available as well to tenants. Southview Apartments are conveniently located directly next to the Kyle Health Centre.

Low-Cost Family Housing

Located 215A, 215B, 219A, and 219B, 3rd St west, Kyle. Sask Housing rents four 2 bedroom duplexes at low cost for families with low income. Low income is not a necessity, but preference will be given. Each duplex has four appliances including fridge, stove, washer and dryer.
